135-137 New Bond StreetPresenting a trophy asset

135-137 New Bond Street is a Grade II listed building dating back to 1877 and occupying a prime position on one of the world’s most prestigious and famous streets, renowned for its luxury brands. Recent renovations of the building both externally and internally have ensured that behind the double fronted façade sits a modern commercial and retail building, home to the iconic British brand, Belstaff.

It is incredibly rare that such opportunities come to market and the owners, an international investor, asked Totality to create an identity for the address and to design a bespoke publication to support the sale of this exclusive building.

The identity and publication needed to showcase uniqueness alongside the building’s status as a trophy acquisition for any investor buyer. Totality crafted a one-off box out of leather and suede to hold the publication, complete with sophisticated silver lifter ribbon. The publication itself contrasted a smooth, soft touch spine with a textured case bound cover featuring de-bossed motifs inspired by the stone work on the building exterior.
