Totality were briefed to develop a strategy and create marketing materials in support of a pair of grand townhouses in the heart of London’s Kensington. The houses whilst newly constructed are of a style consistent with the classic houses of the Phillimore estate. One of the city’s grandest groups of homes, with the majority constructed during the 17th and 18th century.
The marketing approach needed to respect the history of the area and the traditional architectural style of the houses. But ultimately present a contemporary image of the whole scheme, consistent with each home’s 21st century interiors and lifestyle facilities. Including a state of the art basement entertainment suite and swimming pool.
In this context, the positioning statement; ‘inspired by the 18th century designed for the 21st’ was defined to clearly position the scheme and guide creative development.
The respective names Holland House and Hyde House were chosen to reflect the prime position the houses occupy between two of London’s most admired royal parks, with their address number (51) becoming the focus of branding.
A brochure and case were created in a style blending the elegance and stature of the location and architectural approach, with a living experience at the cutting edge of anything on offer within 21st century London.
