London & Regional Properties briefed Totality to create a brand identity and suite of marketing materials to launch their luxury riverside residential scheme on the river Thames adjacent to Greenwich. A brand identity was devised; inspired both by the scheme’s globally significant position on the world’s prime meridian line, and the premium nature of the residential offer. Overtly aligning the scheme with the meridian was part of an integrated strategy intended to emphasise to international buyers the significance of Greenwich, not only as an attractive part of London, but also as a key point on the map of the world.
Driven by this strategy, a suite of marketing materials were produced in support of a launch across a range of markets in South East Asia. These included a website, touch-screen application, host and floorplan brochures, and a range of exhibition materials.
