Totality was briefed by internationally renowned residential developer St James to create a name, identity and integrated suite of marketing materials to support the worldwide launch of a super-prime luxury residential scheme. The building, located on London’s Albert Embankment, is set to become a new landmark on the River Thames, with its external appearance a sea of curves that mirror the river below. The interior design further expresses this elliptical grandeur through uninterrupted floor to ceiling glazing and seamlessly connected curved spaces.
The building incorporates a suite of state-of-the-art luxury lifestyle amenities, including an infinity pool, spa, private screening room, and unique 19th floor Skyline Lounge, that will afford residents unsurpassed views over the River Thames, Westminster and The London Eye.
The accompanying phrase ‘life ahead of the curve’ was then developed, to encapsulate everything that is unique and special about the location, architecture, and lifestyle.
The Corniche was launched simultaneously in the UK, Middle East and South East Asian markets. Totality created and produced all marketing materials including; print and digital brochures, film, CGI’s, touchscreen system and exhibition panels, and also managed the on-location production of exhibitions in multiple South East Asian markets.
