Kelly comes to us from Australia where she’d developed careers in both hospitality and design. Her qualifications as a Chef and Restaurant Manager were the ideal foundation for her subsequent work producing identities for several of Sydney’s cutting edge eateries and bars. Her two interests merged completely in her self-initiated project for the children’s charity Starlight Foundation. For a book entitled “Dish”, Kelly asked 46 of Australia’s best chefs to provide recipes and childhood stories of cooking. With all paper for the printing provided pro bono, the book raised both money as well as increased profile and support for the charity. Its launch featuring chefs cooking with children made national news, and the book gained substantial press coverage.
